Online 50-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Nidra, Meditation Science & Stress Management

Overview

This 50-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding of conscious rest practices, meditation science, and stress regulation through Balinese philosophy, traditional yogic wisdom and modern scientific understanding.

Yoga Nidra and meditation are often misunderstood as simply “relaxing” or “clearing the mind.” In reality, these practices involve systematic neurological, physiological, and psychological processes that support emotional balance, mental clarity, and nervous system restoration.

This training bridges traditional yoga philosophy with contemporary research on the brain, nervous system, breath regulation, and stress response. Participants will learn how meditation and deep relaxation influence cognitive function, hormonal balance, and emotional resilience, while developing the confidence and skills to safely guide others.
This program supports both personal transformation and professional teaching development.
