Foundations of Tantra Yoga is a 50-hour online study exploring Tantra as a path of awareness, embodiment, and sacred living.

This course presents Tantra through classical philosophical understanding and grounded personal practice. It is designed to help participants understand Tantra beyond modern misconceptions, sexualization, or spiritual performance.

Tantra in this course is approached as a way of living with presence, responsibility, and respect for body, breath, mind, and daily life.
